What colors and patterns are the kittens you produce?
Right now we produce about 30% of our kittens are dilute (blues and creams), 60% of our kittens are full colored (blacks and reds), and 10% of our kittens are solid white. Most kittens are smokes, solids, or silver tabbies. You can click on the button below to find out which of our queens produce which color and pattern kittens.
How many Kings and Queens do you have?
We only have 1 King, and anywhere from 3-5 Queens. In the spring of 2025 we will be adding a 2nd King to our breeding program. You can click the buttons below to see our Kings and Queens and learn a little about them.
What is the difference between a color and pattern in a Maine Coon?
The color of a Maine Coon is just that...the color you see. Other than a tortie (which are black and red or blue and cream), cats are just one color. The pattern is what brings in other colors to the look of the cat. Tabby and smoke are both patterns a Maine Coon can have. Tabby cats can have one of several different tabby patterns and bring white or a light brown color to the cat's coat. Smoke is a white undercoat that grows in and give the cat a "smokey" appearance.
Do you produce polydactyl kittens?
We recently added 2 polydactyl females to our breeding program! In spring of 2024 we should have our first litter of polydactyl kittens! You can click the button below to find out which of our queens are polys and when we expect them to have kittens.
Are your kittens good with kids and dogs?
We have 5 children, 2 large dogs, and 1 small dog. Our kittens grow up in the main living are of our home, and are raised underfoot. So, they are always use to the children, dogs, and busy lifestyle. Our kittens do wonderfully in a home with kids and dogs, and will enjoy playing with you dog(s), being loved on and even carried around by children who know how to treat kittens properly.
Are there any supplies or food/litter you recommend?
Yes! There are many toys, foods, litter, supplements and other supplies we recommend for your new kitten! Click the button below for all the information and links to what we recommend.
Do you have contracts for your kittens?
Yes! We have contracts to ensure the health and safety of our kittens, as well as make sure everyone involved is protected as we go through this new relationship together. You can click the button below to review all of our contracts.
Where are you located?
We are located in Southwest Michigan, USA. We are about two and a half hours from Toledo OH, two hours from Detroit MI, and three hours from Chicago IL.
How can I be sure you aren't a scam or backyard breeder?
First of all, just look at our website and you will find proof that we are not a scam or backyard breeder. Scammers or backyard "breeders" are not going to put this much time and effort into a website! But, scams are something to be very aware of and concerned about. There are a ton of scams out there that seem very convincing, and it is all too easy to get caught in their trap. Being careful you are not buying from a backyard breeder is also very important as that could cost you thousands in vet bills and ultimately end in heartbreak all too quickly. You can click the button below to learn about some of the warning signs to look for, as well as questions to ask a breeder, including us.
We do all we can to make sure you do not have any fears about working with us. We are more than willing to set up a phone call or video chat so we can talk in person and you can see our cats and kittens. We also accept payments through Camlist to provide extra security to our buyers.
How long have you been breeding?
Our first litter was born in January of 2020. However, we started breeding in 2019 and unfortunately were hit first thing with pyometra and a lost litter. This resulted in our first successful litter arriving nearly a year after our breeding adventure started. You can click the button below to learn more about us.
How big are your kittens when full grown?
Guaranteeing the size of a kitten is not something we are able to do. All we can tell you is how big our graduates have been. Generally, our females get to 10-15lbs and our males get to 16-20lbs when fully grown. To find out more about growth, please click the link below. There are several areas on this page that talk about growth.
